what after MBA, study or work, or both?

I am a fresher MBA in marketing and human resources, I am interested in other studies, as MPhil, PhD University does not offer direct phd.osmania MPhil but thereis qualification for which I need net or two articles in the list of journals; it is advisable? whow do I write the article? What subject can I choose? can I work and study? do my job for a year and then study? plz I guide you detail.thank
