direct marketing quiz

The main causes of the slowdown of foreign direct investment in recent years include ___?

I'm stuck in this quiz! A.slower economic growth since 2000 b.tumbling market valuation of the shares c.fewer privatization of state-owned enterprises d.all of the above

All of the above. The slow growth, declining market valuations of securities, and fewer privatizations reduce the flow of foreign direct investment. Slow domestic growth means the economy is not so vibrant and so has become less profitable investment opportunities. Tumbling valuations of the stock market involves the risk premium investors demand for holding stocks is high. Demand for stocks move inversely with the risk premium, as the risk premium increases as demand falls. Lower demand for stocks would signal a less foreign direct investment. State-owned enterprises are considered less risky property companies private, so that the privatization of state-owned company is making a likely candidate for foreign direct investment. The lack of such investments, as follows from C, also cause a slow flow of foreign direct investment.
