When I try to download Yahoo Messenger, when I click on "Download Now", which says that I'm not allowed to see?

I am supposedly authorized not to go to the page to download Yahoo Messenger, this is exactly what it says the page when it appears: not authorized to view this page You can not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. ——- ——————————————- —————————— If you think it should be able to view this directory or page, please try contacting the Web site using any email address or phone number that may be listed on the main page us.lrd.yahoo.com. You can click Search to find information on the Internet. HTTP Error 403 – Forbidden Internet Explorer So honestly I really need help figuring out what the hell is going on. Please anyone help me?
